The Dysautonomia Foundation supports medical treatment, research, social services and public education for the benefit of people afflicted with or at risk for familial dysautonomia (FD), a debilitating, degenerative genetic disease.

We are the largest funding source for people who suffer from FD and fund the only two FD treatment centers in the world.
