Tualatin Valley Housing Partners

TVHP is a nonprofit, community-based organization promoting self-sufficiency through affordable housing for low and moderate income people throughout Washington County. We build partnerships with for-profit, nonprofit and public sector organizations to preserve existing and develop new affordable housing. We promote the self-sufficiency of our residents through a respectful partnership and by providing access to community services. TVHP currently owns and manages 527 affordable apartments at 9 sites, including both HUD and LIHTC projects.
