    Sobre Nós

    Victory opened in 2003 after Dr. Robert and his wife Tami had served on medical missions trips in Central and South America. They realized the needs they were serving abroad also existed along the Gulf Coast with uninsured adults needing access to preventative and specialty healthcare.
