The Fund for Modern Courts

The Fund for Modern Courts is a statewide non-profit, non-partisan court reform organization dedicated to making the justice system more fair and accessible for all New Yorkers. In addition to public education and outreach on court reform issues, the organization operates in-court programs to engage citizens in the work of the judiciary. Founded in the 1955, Modern Courts is the leading citizens group concerned with the impartial and efficient administration of New York’s Courts.
