For over a century, we have been helping seniors live safely & independently in their communities, and when that is no longer possible, offering residential services where they can live comfortably & with dignity.
We offer 24-hour skilled nursing care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, assisted and independent living, 7-day adult day services, home care services, sub-acute rehabilitation, pastoral care and monthly caregiver support groups.
Our mission is to provide ministries of healing & hope through comprehensive services which nurture body, mind and spirit. The Wartburg is a Lutheran ministry serving all faiths.
