Started in 2004 by Lance Clark (6th generation Clarks shoes), Soul of Africa employs previously unemployed women in South Africa to hand stitch shoes where the proceeds go to the 28 AIDS orphan projects in South Africa the SOA Trust supports. The shoes are made with beautiful, comfortable and soft leathers and are super chic. They are sold in the top 100 Clarks stores in the UK, at Clarks USA, Terra Plana, Jones Bootmaker, Bata (in Italy), South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and now Canada!
SOUL OF AFRICA is looking to create a massive fundraising campaign, expand and continue to spread all the work we are doing with a larger audience.
