The mission of Esperanza United (Formerly Casa de Esperanza) is to mobilize Latinas and Latino communities to end gender-based violence. Founded in St. Paul, MN, in 1982, Esperanza United is a national Latina organization whose innovative philosophy and approach are grounded in the strengths, realities, and values of Latinas. Esperanza United works to support families, engage communities to end domestic violence, and improve services for Latinas across the country.
