The legacy of the Timothy L Correll Foundation (a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization) began in 2003 when a group of individuals came together to not let a tragedy end the dream of a young man that died way too soon. TLCF, Inc invests in individuals who are willing to serve their local communities as well-trained emergency personnel and acts as a private-funding resource for emergency medical services (EMS) and fire services. TLCF’s support for these agencies is based upon a well-defined local training need. We are interested in growing the numbers of emergency responders, firefighters, and nurses to respond when needed, help with continuing education for fire and ambulance services, and to help prepare citizens for times of disaster or crisis. Our vision is every individual, every family, every neighborhood and every Minnesota community ready when disaster or emergency strikes.
