Spitzer School of Architecture, City College of New York

The Spitzer School of Architecture at the City College of New York is deeply committed to providing the finest education in the art, theory and technology of architecture, urban design and landscape architecture to a broad and diverse student population. It is concerned with the quality of life of the larger community in our complex urban environment, and is thus committed to partnerships with institutions and agencies in the University, the City of New York and beyond. Our goal is to educate students who will create sustainable, equitable, and beautiful solutions for the global community of the 21st century, working in the spirit of CCNY's Ephebic Oath: "To transmit the city, not only not less, but greater, better and more beautiful than it was transmitted to us."
