Pulaar Speaking Association is a non-profit, social & cultural organization, created in 1990 in New York by emigrants from several countries of western Africa, speaking the same languge: Pulaar/Fulfulde. With its headquarters in New York City, the organization has many satellite sections throughout the United States.
