The Youth Shelter Program of Westchester is a not-for-profit residential alternative to incarceration for young men 16-21. Since 1975 the Shelter has provided a structured environment designed to foster growth and rehabilitate court-involved youth from the Westchester communities. The program offers a job-readiness program, on-site educational and clinical services, and coordinates with various Community providers to access legal, medical and mental health services.
