Children's Country Home

Children's Country Home is a loving 8-bed home providing 24-hour skilled care to medically fragile and technology-dependent children. We provide long-term residential, transitional, respite and end-of-life care. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the children by making the home a loving, enriching, family-centered environment. Our goal is to help each child live, grow and thrive - physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
