Mission Statement

The mission of the Albert and Elaine Borchard Foundation is to promote research, education, social justice, and the arts and to improve the human condition.

Vision Statement

To carry out our mission, the Albert and Elaine Borchard Foundation operates and supports its own research and education programs, including the Borchard Foundation Center on Law and Aging and the Borchard Foundation International Education Center, and makes grants to non-profit organizations located primarily, but not exclusively, in California.
