    • Missão

    Since 1957, Camp Krem has provided children and adults with developmental disabilities a full program of recreation, education, fun and adventure. Our program encourages independence, nurtures responsibility, develops competence and builds lifelong friendships in a supportive and caring atmosphere. We serve campers with a wide range of disabilities, including Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Williams Syndrome, Prader-Willi Syndrome and many more. Camp Krem offers Summer Camp Programs and a Year-Round Respite Program. Camp Krem is accredited with the American Camp Association.

    Volunteer Counselors wanted for our weekend Respite Program!We are seeking caring and responsible individuals to help with our Year-Round Respite program. Have fun and make new friends, while enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities on our exciting trips and adventures throughout the greater Bay Area. Volunteers gain valuable hands on experience in the fields of Special Education and Recreation. We have either a day trip or an overnight almost every weekend throughout the year and are seeking volunteers for all our weekend events.Past trips have included themed overnights, sports games, music concerts and festivals, bowling, Disney on Ice, ice skating, movies, water parks, Disneyland, camping, a cruise to Mexico, a trip to Hawaii and more!Also seeking:- Kitchen help- Activity specialists
