Dynamite Girls International is a youth-led nonprofit committed to advancing gender equity in public schools, particularly in underserved districts of Ghana. We partner with local schools, volunteers, and communities to deliver after-school leadership programs that build confidence, critical thinking, and advocacy skills in girls. Our 8-week program reaches 200 students each term and includes mentorship, creative arts, and academic enrichment. We envision a future where every girl, regardless of background, has the tools and support to lead, thrive, and transform her world.
