Leaders' mission is to transform young people into leaders who are passionate about creating a socially just and equal society, and who possess the skills and desire to achieve it. Our programs strive to support economic development and promote social justice, formulate an understanding of citizenship, foster respect for human rights and democracy, and encourage civic engagement.
