For over 30 years, CCC4AP has helped vulnerable children, individuals and families with educational, housing, personal care and many other services. CCC4AP has provided an educational foundation for over 9,500 children, safe and affordable housing for over 600 elderly and disabled people, and financial assistance for over 2,000 families, and the distribution of an average of 320 pounds of food for people who are unable to earn enough to eat. Among CCC4AP’s there are three communities which provide affordable housing to adults with mental illness. The communities are located at 2 separate locations and named CCC4AP I, and II respectively. Each community supports 14 people, and are licensed as personal care homes by the state of Pennsylvania.
