Plimoth Plantation offers powerful personal encounters with history built on thorough research about the Wampanoag People and the Colonial English community in the 1600s. The guest experience is at the heart of our work. Plimoth’s unique and evocative setting, professional staff and compelling approach to history in an immersive environment combine to provide a guest experience that is at once authentic, engaging, educational and fun. We strive for excellence in our work and are successful when a satisfied guest recommends us to family and friends.

Plimoth Plantation's outdoor living exhibits include the 17th-Century English Village, Wampanoag Homesite, and the Plimoth Grist Mill located 3.5 miles north of the Museum in downtown Plymouth. At the Craft Center, guests learn more about how skilled artisans recreate the colonial and Indigenous worlds of the 17th century. Plimoth Plantation's full-scale reproduction of Mayflower, the tall ship that brought the Pilgrims to Plymouth in 1620,is currently receiving a full restoration ahead of Plymouth's 400th commemoration of the Pilgrims' arrival on New England's shores!
Plimoth Plantation is open from the second Saturday in March through the end of November.
Plimoth Cinema is open year-round and shows new, independent films twice each day.
