Informal Learning Leadership Collaborative

The Informal Leadership Learning Collaborative (ILLC) is a newly formed 501c(3)created out of the highly successful

Noyce Leadership Institute (NLI) which ran for 10 years. NLI has developed and nurtured the talent of more than 120

executives in science centers, children’s museums and related institutions around the world.

Alumni are building on this program to develop a coherent self-directed organization that will shift the culture of

leadership to create a healthier and more connected society. The mission of ILLC is to strengthen and extend the

capacity of organizations and individuals to drive change within their communities by nurturing the development of

transformative leaders through a growing global network.
