Missão
Amethyst Place is supportive housing for women in recovery (from drug/alcohol use disorder) and their children. We provide safe, drug-free housing and individualized services to promote healthy families, helping them overcome significant trauma and develop essential life skills. The vision of Amethyst Place is that families will successfully transition to drug-free, independent housing and healthy community living.
Sobre Nós
Founded in 2000, we provide housing in a safe environment (secured apartment complex) so that moms have a stable home to be reunited with their children. On site therapists help both moms and kids learn to be a family, communicate in healthier ways, develop routines & learn the life skills that will help them succeed for years to come. Education is a major focus for both moms and children with tutors and mentors provided for everything from a GED through a college degree.
