Greenpoint Manufacturing and Design Center

The Greenpoint Manufacturing and Design Center is a leading not-for-profit economic development organization in New York City. We have two primary areas of focus: (1) GMDC redevelops vacant industrial properties into small business centers and then operates these as centers for small manufacturing enterprises. (2) GMDC is also active in advocacy and planning to help promote and sustain manufacturing neighborhoods in New York City.
