Senior Connections of the North Shore

Senior Connections is an inter-generational outreach ministry serving Chicago's north shore. SC changes lives by pairing isolated senior citizens with caring volunteers from the community. The new friends meet about once to go for a walk, do some shopping, go out to lunch or just enjoy each others company. It is amazing what a difference the presence of someone who cares can make.
