We offer Hospice care to all

individuals who are diagnosed with a terminal illness giving them less than 6 months to live. We strive to serve the veteran and indigent populations within Davis, Weber, and Salt Lake Counties. Our team consists of those dedicated to ensuring that nobody is afraid to die and nobody dies alone. I was provided a reference to your organization to recruit volunteers so that we can keep that promise by giving our patients dignity and personal care until their last breath.
