REVITALIZE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Founded in 1992, Revitalize CDC performs critical repairs, modifications and rehabilitation on the homes and non-profit facilities of low-income families with children, the elderly, military veterans and people with disabilities.

We leverage the investments of donors, grantors and volunteers to make significant home repairs that stabilize neighborhoods, strengthen the tax base, and allow elderly homeowners to "age in place."

In the last year we've rebuilt 76 homes across Springfield and Holyoke.
