Options in Aging dba New Horizons Senior Center

New Horizons Senior Center, located in Narberth, PA, provides supportive programs and services to older adults to keep them living independently in their own homes, form meaningful connections with others, and to engage in lifelong learning. Center programs and services include low-cost meals, grocery shopping assistance, exercise and nutrition classes, creative workshops, informational seminars, recreational programs and legal assistance. For thirty five years, New Horizons Senior Center has served area seniors reliant on the caring support system we provide. Most are alone and many have children who live outside the local area. All are experiencing their social networks dwindling. Staff and volunteers make every effort to create a support system for each participant that will allow them to live in their own homes as long as comfortably possible. New Horizons offers seniors the opportunity to develop new relationships and become part of an active social network that can support and sustain them. We serve well over 700 seniors annually, and the number of vulnerable seniors in our community is growing each year. There is an ever increasing need for our services.
