The philosophy of the Rape Crisis Center ofMedina and Summit Counties is:

- To believe in each individual's strength, creativity, and resolution
- To empower individuals to feel free to make their own choices
- To not advocate any one choice or method of dealing with sexual assault
- To be committed to cultural awareness and competency in serving all clients
- To help individuals explore all options by providing information and referrals
