Make a Home Foundation Inc

Make a Home Foundation is an organization dedicated to assisting Connecticut's homeless, including veterans and their families, victims of domestic abuse, and the needy. We work alongside other community agencies to create pathways off the streets and into fully furnished homes. Our vision embraces restoring comfort, stability, and hope to all those who find themselves in a life crisis with nowhere to turn.

We serve the homeless of Connecticut, including homeless veterans and their families, people escaping domestic abuse, displaced seniors, and all those in need.

Turning an empty apartment into a true home goes far beyond just filling rooms. It’s about building futures, offering comfort, and giving people a real shot at stability. A furnished home provides more than a roof. It gives rhythm and routine to individuals and families. It tells a child you belong, you matter, and you’re not going anywhere.
