Health Assistance Partnership

HAP is a non-profit organization that partners with State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIPs) to enhance their capacity to serve Medicare beneficiaries by engaging in Medicare education and program development initiatives. HAP is also committed to stabilizing and increasing federal funding for the SHIP network. SHIPs are federally funded state programs that rely heavily on volunteer educators and counselors to deliver individualized services at the local level.
