Center for Justice and Reconciliation

The Center for Justice & Reconciliation (CJR) is a not-for-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) that seeks to promote peace, justice, reconciliation and democratic values; empower Cambodians through trainings, seminars, research and publications, broadcastings and other media outlets; build partnerships with like-minded institutions; and improve the quality of life of the Cambodian people.
