IKP Centre for Technologies in Public Health

• Technical involvement in epidemiological studies of data collected from the pilot sites, interpretation and analysis of data, identifying the need for data on existing or emerging public health issues, designing and implementing data collection whenever necessary, preparation of manuscripts and reports for publications in peer reviewed journals and presentations at international conferences. • Responsible for designing, monitoring and evaluating preventable-promotive health care strategies. • An integral part of the core team of professionals that serves as the primary source for epidemiological expertise to the Centre and help identify the need for public health related community interventions that are relevant for the local population. • The position will be based out of Chennai but will require 10-20% travel, primarily in rural Tamil Nadu, India.
