Bridges to Employment is a division of the larger non profit, Alternatives, Inc. Alternatives itself's mission is dedicated to assisting individuals with special needs reach their highest level of independence and integration into the community by providing residential opportunities coupled with comprehensive support services. At Bridges to Employment, our Mission is to provide an outstanding level of career related services, supporting individuals, with barriers to employment, who are seeking to obtain and maintain competitive employment; and employers seeking qualified candidates to fill their employment needs.
