Uttam Sankalp is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered as a charitable trust in the year 2020 by three visionary women. Situated in the village of Behar, with its registered office located at the Chanour Post Office in Tehsil Dada Sibba, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, Uttam Sankalp is dedicated to creating a more equitable society by providing easy access to resources for those who are economically disadvantaged.
