Voices for Children of Carroll County

The mission of Voices for Children of Carroll County is to speak for the best interest of abused and neglected children in court; to promote and support quality volunteer representation for children; and to advocate that each child have a safe and permanent home.

The heart of our organization are the CASA volunteers. These dedicated men and women work directly with the children and all adults involved in the child's case in order to speak in the child's best interest in court. We are committed to growing our volunteer program so that every child in need in Carroll County has a voice.
