Our Mission is to advance inclusion across Europe through rigorous, evidence-based research and transformative programs that empower marginalised individuals to participate fully and achieve equally in education, employment, sport, and all facets of society.

INSIDE EU is a European non-profit institute of education and research and a trusted authority with almost a decade’s experience designing and implementing inclusive practice. We support education providers, public and private bodies and EU-funded projects across Ireland and Europe.

We are an accredited educational provider with formal consultancy status with the United Nations. Our work is aligned with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) and key EU policy frameworks, including the European Education Area and the EU Disability Strategy 2021–2030 and we have coordinated high-level international initiatives to enhance these political frameworks at EU level.

INSIDE is led and delivered by neurodivergent professionals with lived experience, combining research excellence, policy expertise and real-world implementation. We design person-centred, rights-based inclusion solutions that move organisations beyond compliance to measurable impact.

Our holistic model supports long-term change through training, consultancy, research and implementation, delivering high-impact, multi-sector projects across Europe, particularly in education.
