Our Mission: Renewing Jewish life through movement and meditation studios rooted in Torah and connecting seekers of all ages and backgrounds.
RUACH’s transformative impact in the thrilling, rapidly growing landscape of embodied Jewish practice is dedicated studio space. We are creating the infrastructure for catalyzing exponential growth in the field. Our first House of Breath (Beit Neshama) studio is now open in Newton, MA.
RUACH aims to address several issues in contemporary Jewish communal life, including high barriers to entry (e.g. knowledge of Hebrew liturgy) in many traditional Jewish spaces. We aim to reanimate education around physical wellbeing in Jewish history and tradition and to increase interreligious engagement with Eastern and Indigenous traditions.
