Triumph's vision is to see individuals with developmental disabilities valued as essential members of society and accorded the same dignity and respect as other individuals.

Triumph partners with adults and teenagers in Birmingham using a holistic model for services that include: employment services, life coaching, social skills training, transition services, and therapy services. Triumph works closely with other organizations in the state to ensure that the services provided are addressing the most important areas of need for individuals with developmental disabilities.
