Rafto Foundation for Human Rights

The Rafto Foundation for Human Rights is a non-profit and non-partisan organisation dedicated to the global promotion of human rights. We award the annual Rafto Prize in November. We assist our laureates in their subsequent work, offer human rights education and disseminate information. The foundation aims to promote the three fundamental human rights of intellectual, political and economic freedom.
