WISE Employment is a not-for-profit organisation with a professional, integrated approach to finding the right job for job seekers and the right staff for employers. We offer comprehensive training and retraining for job seekers, as well as training for employers and reinvest all surplus funds to make our services even better. Our success touches many people.
WISE’s Straight4Work program, based in Penrith, is a pre and post release mentoring program, designed to break the cycle of reoffending.
The first program of its kind in NSW, it provides support for adults leading up to and after their release from prison, by preparing them for employment and helping them to access essential support services.
