PACT’s goals include providing charitable services that respond to individual and family needs by making available clothes and food without cost while offering other individual and family activities for hope and stabilization. PACT is dedicated to serving the people who live in Louisville’s Portland neighborhood. This includes areas from 15th Street to the River on the West, to Market Street on the South.
