Providence Building Sanitary and Educational Association

The purpose of the Providence Building, Sanitary and Educational Association is to provide decent, sanitary, and affordable housing for the low income residents of Providence and their families and to provide for better educational opportunities for their children.

PBSEA shall promote all activities and opportunities of the Association withoutregard to race, religion, color, sex, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, handicap or disability, and aggressively enforce a policy and practice of non-discrimination.
