VALMIKI FOUNDAION

Valmiki Foundation is a non-profit organization registered under the Society Registration Act India (398/2008), through which we are catering to the basic living needs of the disadvantaged

sections of the society. Since, we believe that children are the prized assets of a society - imparting free education, residential care, food, clothing etc. to those who belong to the underprivileged sections - becomes our prime area of concern.

Valmiki Hriday (established on June 26^th, 2011 by Valmiki Foundation) is taking care of twenty such children in need and aspires to bring back the smiles once lost by them! Within the constraints of the available resources, we aim to provide the best of care and support to our children, who have lost their parent(s), have families with poor economic background, have physically and mentally challenged parent(s), are HIV affected or have been abandoned. All we need is your support … because it MATTERS! Please come forward and share the joys and sorrows of our children. Our Mission

Since, India is a developing nation there exist many complex problems like poverty, unemployment, child labor, corruption, health and sanitation, education, women disparities etc. The resulting suffrage is immense and requires effective redressal. Therefore, our mission is to provide congenial and salubrious ambience to the under-privileged, so that they become successful citizens of our country. We believe that supplementing family income is a poverty alleviation measure. We, therefore, work towards shaping the destinies of the poor young men and women who are endowed with qualities of head and heart but lack in opportunities. This is done by giving intense and vigorous training on income generating vocational courses that can ensure them employment opportunities.
