Hope Harbor is a privately funded 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization operating as a Christian ministry, serving teens ages 12-17 in a small setting and reconciling them to their families. We have locations in Marshall and Winona, MN and Parker, SD.

Licensed as a Residential Group Home by the Minnesota Department of Human Services offering a residential program and nonresidential family counseling
