SMART Team (a program of Justice Resource Institute) has been
servicing Metro Boston youth and families for over three years and recently
expanded services to the Southeastern Region of Massachusetts. SMART Team provides
young people, 13-25 years old involved with juvenile and criminal justice, with
the highest quality of mental health services. Services are focused in the
places where they can be reached; their homes, schools, detention centers, DYS
facilities, jails and prisons. Clinicians provide confidential clinical
services that place the needs of the young person at the center of our
practice. SMART Team clinicians
understand the unique balance of public safety and the needs of this
often-traumatized population. Members of the SMART team are passionate,
flexible and committed to working with the juvenile population.
