Through Social Purpose Real Estate, AHA creates affordables spaces for nonprofits or artist practitioners alleviates those entities of burdensome overhead expenses. Land and Building Ownership gives AHA Projects the freedom to explore dynamic partnerships that can impact our community. AHA is exploring land trust models that can support the communities services, alleviate them from displacement, and allow them to make a larger impact.
