Transgressions

Transgressions is a resource both for and by the transgender community. As researchers, writers and administrators, we are committed to giving back to the community that has given so much to us. As transgender people, we understand that the lived experience of each trans person is paramount and should be treated with dignity and respect. We pledge to work tirelessly to live up to the goals of our mission statement and to provide the best possible content to the people we serve: our friends, our colleagues, our allies and ourselves.

Our Mission:

Transgressions is an organization dedicated to educating the public about the transgender community and its allies, including (but not limited to) issues surrounding all disenfranchised minorities. We strive to provide the transgender community with a comprehensive resource and support system through research, advocacy, comprehensive reports, articles and guides. Transgressions is dedicated to promoting understanding and respect for the transgender community, and fostering change and acceptance for all.
