Jamie's Dream Team

The purpose of Jamie's Dream Team is to provide assistance and/or make distributions to or on behalf of qualifying individuals who are handicapped, diasbled, terminally ill, severely injured or suffering from a serious medical condition, disease, or trauma. Jamie's Dream Team is a charitable organization whose mission is to fulfill the "dreams" of children and adults who are handicapped, terminally/ severely ill, or severely injured. In order to fulfill "dreams", Jamie's Dream Team relies on the generous donations of its individual and corporate sponsors, as well as funds raised through various fundraising events.
