Provide support, education, advocacy, and public awareness so that all individuals, families, and communities facing mental health challenges can live better lives.

NAMI Wake County is the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization. We serve Raleigh and the 11 other municipalities that make up our county by providing a broad range of free signature programs to support individuals and families, including weekly support groups, education classes, awareness campaigns, and a Helpline.
