Fundacion El Portavoz is a registered non-profit organization (Registration Number 3-006-535437) and is based in San José, Costa Rica. We aim to inspire a social change through a variety of projects that promote the potential, equality and opportunity of people with disability and their families. Published since May 2007, our main project is El Portavoz newspaper, a recognized publication that inspires, informs and educates the Costa Rican community with the aim of creating a more inclusive society. The newspaper is a free monthly publication that covers a wide range of topics and promotes the positive image of people with disability and senior citizens.
