DAC is a grass roots organization that was formed to improve the experience of Donegal student-athletes, marching band members, families and alumni, with goals such as rebuilding the sports facilities, including a synthetic turf field for year-round use by all teams and the marching band.
All fans of Donegal athletics, both past and present, are encouraged to check outwww.donegalathleticclub.org to consider becoming a member.
In the summer of 2012, we completed our feasibility study to gauge community support for a multi-purpose, multi-million dollar stadium. The new privately funded stadium would include synthetic turf, a field house, permanent visitor's bleachers, additional stadium lighting, a new press box and scoreboard, and a walking trail. We will continue to refine our vision, goals, and strategies to accomplish our mission.
OUR MISSION:
As a volunteer, nonprofit 501c3 organization, our purpose is to attract financial contributions to be used to provide financial support for Donegal Athletics. DAC is a private, independent organization having no legal ties with Donegal School District.
