Shelby Humane Society (SHS)

Shelby Humane Society (SHS) is a 1.5M operation located in Columbiana, AL. SHS was founded in 1977 and has continued to provide valuable services to pet owners and residents of Shelby County. Our mission is to provide care for homeless, abused, neglected and abandoned animals. Each year, approximately 6,500 animals receive shelter and care within our facility.
